We guarantee that any contract work performed by California Easy Renovations Inc. is free from defects from said workmanship for a period of not less than one year; warranty period does not extend in any way beyond this one year period, and warranty begins on the date of job completion. This guarantee continues to be valid if the property changes hands.
Should it be determined that any workmanship at our customer property proves to be substandard, California Easy Renovations Inc. will repair if free of charge within that one year warranty period. No exceptions.
California Easy Renovations Inc. provides a one year guarantee on all materials provided to complete remodeling project. (Note: Manufacturer’s warranty may be longer.)
